 An entrepreneur par excellence, Mr. Mirisch Damani is the Managing Director and a major shareholder of Zylog Plastalloys (P) Ltd. Prior to launching Zylog back in 1984; Mr. Damani was a Sr. Consultant with Arthur D Little Inc., USA, responsible for Technology and Management areas of Plastics and Elastomer Industries for automotive markets.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Damani gathered over 10 years of Industrial Experience in USA, in the field of Compounding, Product and Application Development and New Ventures for various plastics & elastomer auto components; for supply to GM, Ford, & Chrysler. Mr. Damani holds a BSc – Chemistry from University of Bombay, MS – Polymer Science from University of Akron, Ohio, USA and an MBA from Indiana University, USA.
Mr. Damani is an active senior member of various national and international bodies promoting plastics; and is routinely invited to various countries to present his views on the development of Plastics & Elastomers in automotive sector in India. He is considered an authority in the field of Thermoplastic Elastomers and Polypropylene compounds and has presented numerous papers, globally, on their applications, particularly in the auto – sector.
In his late 50’s, Mr. Damani spends well over 12 hours a day in his business activities. He is a philanthropist, an avid reader and enjoys a game of chess and bridge in his spare time.

 Mr KG Chandan He has been actively associated with the plastics industry for over 20 years with specific expertise in specialty compounding and R&D.
He is currently the President, K K Group, and Managing Director of Holm KK Extrusions Pvt Ltd., a joint venture with Holm Industries, USA, being credited with many firsts in the field of high performance compounds and TPEs in India.
He is a senior member of the SPE and being the member of Managing Committee is very actively involved with SPE Technical Programs. He is also the member of IPI.
He was also a Chairman of publicity committee (NEC) of PLASTINDIA 2003.
He has presented Technical Papers at various conferences, and has also organized a Technical Seminar on Vinyl Technology and Thermoplastic Elastomers.
Has travelled widely all over the world.

 Mr. Sanjay Khedgikar is the Proprietor of “Speciality Polymers”, India, and presently is the “Authorized Distributor” for RTP Company in India, for marketing their specialty plastic compounds.
Mr. Sanjay Khedgikar is a Plastic Technologist by training having completed his “Diploma in Plastics Engineering“ from S.B.M. Polytechnic, Mumbai, in 1984, followed by L.P.R.I. from Plastics and Rubber Institute, London.
Mr. Khedgikar has over 20 years experience in the field of marketing, application development and technical service of Engineering Plastics in India. Prior to starting his own business Mr. Khedgikar worked with some of the world’s leading manufacturers of engineering plastics such as Bayer, EMS Chemie, and also with Indian producers GSFC and Bhansali Engineering Polymers.
He has undergone technical trainings at Bayer-Germany, EMS Chemie-Switzerland and RTP Company-USA.
Mr. Sanjay Khedgikar is a Team Member of PLEXIUM, involved in organizing International Conferences for Plastics in India in collaboration with “Chatsworth Hall Pte Ltd”, Singapore.
Mr. Khedgikar has represented his college in Volley Ball Team and has learned German language at Max Muller Bhavan, Mumbai.

 Mr. Atul Rambhia is the partner of Krupa Industries based in India engaged in innovative plastics products manufacturing and Consulting.
Mr. Atul Rambhia is a graduate in Plastics and Rubber Institute of London (G.P.R.I.) from Trowbridge College, U.K., and has a postgraduate degree in Polymer Science and Technology from The University of North London, U.K.
He has over 15 years of experience in the Plastics Industry in India and abroad. He has also worked as a consultant for a number of companies on various plastics projects including New Plant Set Up, Web Portal Structuring, Business development, New Product Development, Real Time Process Controls, and International Sourcing etc.
Mr.Atul Rambhia is a Team Member of PLEXIUM, involved in organizing International Conferences for Plastics in collaboration with ‘Chatsworth Hall Pte. Ltd., Singapore. He also contributes articles in the International Plastics Journals.
